In this episode, I welcome my first guest onto my show, none other than my own Mama - Katarzyna Rutkowska-Parkes, a healer and therapist. We discuss a topic that I don't feel is talked about enough: how the dynamics shift change between children and their parents as the children grow older and become adults themselves.
