In this episode, I talk about how you can commit to the process of believing new things. Our current thinking creates our current results so, in order to create new results, we have to believe new thoughts. This is one of the most important skills we can learn as human beings and truly one of the most challenging. However, mastering this skill IS the difference between a life that is mediocre and a life that is extraordinary. *If you have not listened to episodes 3 & 4, I recommend doing so before this episode. Book recommendation:Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One - Dr. Joe Dispenza
