139: Always done it that way
Are you managing your practice the same way year-in and year-out?Let’s face it…things change. But are you changing your practice to keep up with change?Far too often, Chiropractors are working so hard in patient care, they forget to also run their business like an entrepreneur. And true entrepreneurs maintain a key eye on all aspect of practiceWhile it’s admirable to want to do MORE, you have to be careful about how you do it.
