Having traveled and experienced the food hall concept, they realized they wanted to bring that experience to the Ozarks. Being part of the Nixa community for some time, they recognized the need for a community building business. They wanted a gathering place, not only for the residents of Nixa but also something that would appeal to patrons from around the area. This unique business model offers small restaurants a way to test their menu and offerings without the cost of a full blown brick and mortar.
