14- Plot twist... vulnerability X 999999

This episode is WAY out of my comfort zone. I am open, I am an open book... I have no shame, I wan to share anythign and everything with the world with the agenda of growth, healing and development. I believe there is value in witnessing others journey and vulnerability and how they work through experinces and I beleive this episode can help some people.... BUT.. geeze man this was not easy to record... So I am going way out of my comfort zone of sharing and I am going to post this episode. it's a plot twist. The first 22 mins were recorded about 3 weeks ago and today I am posting and I added a whole other podcast to it because there was waaay more to the story. WARNING sexual trauma trigger.
