14: Redefining What Failure Means
Feeling like you are failing at everything and the feeling of being a failure. In this Episode we will learn to Look at Failure a different way and let's redefine what failing means, looks like and feels like. Instead of feeling like a failure and giving up on yourself - take a pause and give yourself grace and permission to slow down, take a 'minute,' rest, take slower action. All the healthy thing to do. Understanding you may just need to pause, rest and slow down versus completely stopping and understanding the difference. There is no such thing as a Long Distance Sprint; some projects require Slow & Steady and other projects require Fast & Intense (actions.) Ed Sheeran said 'we learn nothing from success. Everything from failure. No one talks about failure...Success comes from failing hundreds of times.' Most important to continue to Show Up for YOURSELF!
