There are two sides to creating a wellness concept, what you as a hotelier or wellness professional wants to offer, and what your ideal guest, as a consumer of those services, wants to consume. In the first stage of the ESSENCE model, we looked at the concept from your perspective as the hotelier or wellness professional.
