God knows all and sees all but does that mean we have no ability to choose what we are going to do? Are we predestined to be good or evil? Robert and Andrew discuss a seemingly short story in 2 Kings 8:7-15 and continues the story in 2 Kings 13 that talks about knowing a man's heart by seeing his future.
