How can you learn to flow with the essence of this moment right here right now? How do you embody gratitude for what’s occurring in front of you? When was the last time you decluttered your life to minimize distractions? All of these questions are posed in my recent episode revolving around the niyama, one of the 8 limbs of yoga regarding how we continue to build integrity and strength while maintaining a sense of ease. Dive into the following topics:  Saucha (purify): removing excess to appreciate the simplicity of the moment.  Santosha (contentment): accepting and finding joy in whatever is occurring in this moment with seeking something more.  Tapas (self-discipline): establishing a practice or sadhana to cultivate discipline in a craft of area of growth to transform. Svadhyaya (self-study): diving into programing of your childhood to identify boxes you’ve placed upon yourself so you can remove them and be who you are within. Ishvara Pranidhana (surrender): letting go of what you think should be so the divine can direct you to where you are meant to be.  I hope this is helpful -- feel free to reach out if you have any comments or thoughts!
