23- Comparison = SILLY
What's up Oddballs! Today's episode with Audrey is about comparison; specifically- why are we always intentionally or unintentionally comparing ourselves to others. Yes, it is probably something that helped us in our evolution, but anymore it only seems to cause more harm than good. I feel like if we were to sit down and calculate the time we have compared ourselves to others, it would be years of our lives. And how silly is that?! We are comparing ourselves to aspects of other's that may not even actually exist. So, why do we continue to allow this negative cycle of comparison in our lives? It seems to be that we always allow the negative things to hold so much more weight in our minds. I think this is a long winded way of saying, the grass isn't always greener on the other side and to be grateful for your own beautiful life.
