He's been mentioned in so many previous episodes, and for good reason: Scott Campbell is a great guitarist who has played in many popular Erie cover bands in the 1970s and 1980s — bands such as Red White, & Blueberry; Stillwater; Quill Eller; Clockwise; Briton; and Major League.
