In this portion, God healed Rivkah and she was able to conceive two children. Yitzchak did not listen to his wife about Ya’akov being the child of promise so Rivkah took matters in her own hands and fooled Yitzchak so he would give the blessing to Ya’akov. Ya’akov chooses to leave rather than confront Esav. Esav is a worldly person and wants to kill Ya’akov. We will see that God worked everything out despite Yitz'chak’s shortcomings. <br/><br/>Esav is an example of someone who is worldly minded and Ya’akov is an example of someone who is spiritually minded and wants what God wants. Ya’akov continued to be faithful to God and God blessed Ya’akov tremendously for his faithfulness to God. God has also blessed the world through Ya'akov even to this day. <br/><br/>The worldly like Esav bring a curse on their families and the world and they will end up in the lake of fire (see Revelation 21:8). Join the forces of good and continue the legacy of blessing through Ya'akov and our Messiah Yeshua and be part of God's future glorious eternal kingdom. <br/><br/>
