61 Days until the New Year

It’s a new month, a fresh start and you know I love new starts. Little do we remember, we don’t have to wait until the start of the month, week or new year to do something new, be the person you want to be, start a good habit or routine. Hello, you can start it tomorrow and the next day or the day after that! I know it sounds a lot easier said than done but it is one of those things we seriously take for granted. We have to “uncondition” our minds to limits and start conditioning our minds to understanding we are limitless, because at the end of the day it is your mind that truly limits you - In the decisions you make, feelings you feel, thoughts, ideas etc. Let’s talk about it! <br/><br/>Happy listening Mental Pleasure fam!
