64. Unmasking the Alchemist's Shadow Side
Checkout Abundant Alchemy (waitlist open, mini course launching Sep 1st)Join the Matrix MembershipIn this podcast episode we will be exploring the concept of the shadow and its impact on our lives. I want to explain that the shadow represents the parts of ourselves that we deny or repress, which can lead to a feeling of disconnection and wearing a facade. Throughout this episode, I will be identifying five predominant shadow aspects within the alchemist archetype and providing strategies for transcending them. These strategies include practicing mindfulness, setting realistic goals, and prioritizing self-care. It's important to me that I emphasize the significance of managing overwhelm and avoiding burnout. I suggest delegating tasks, setting boundaries, and establishing stability and consistency in order to achieve this.
