So, you found yourself a bottle of Old Forester Single Barrel Rye Barrel Strength and you came to the internet to see if you should drop $80 on it.Smart...One of my missions in life is to save you, the viewer, money when I can. When these were released, a lot of us bought them up. I actually was lucky enough to taste this whiskey straight out of the barrel at Old Forester. Now THAT was an awesome distillery experience.I have to wonder if drinking it at home will make it lose it's luster or if it will confirm my feelings from that trip to the distillery.
