What are the criteria for fixing the age of consent; calendar age, size of the child, or preference of the person in authority?What are the criteria for choosing those who make these laws? and when other laws overlaps or supersede one another...The age of consent in most countries benefits not the young people it is meant for but the adults who should know better and who should be protecting the children.
