Ally Mastroianni

Ally Mastroianni is one of lacrosse's fastest, competitive, and most dynamic players. She played on the 2022 World Championship Gold Medal winning USA Team as my teammate, and I've been lucky enough to play with her for the last few years in Athletes Unlimited Pro Lacrosse and in training. Ally is one of the most down-to-earth people you can meet; and she showcases that energy here in this episode.   We talk through her time at North Carolina, winning National Championships and going through difficult injuries. We chat about playing with the kids in her neighborhood and how that helped her develop a special bond to lacrosse, as well as a passion for all sports and competitions. We dove into what makes up the inter-workings of her mindset and how she is able to overcome self doubt and tougher performance days.
