Animal Spirits of Band 6s

I have been very reluctant in sharing this but this, I find to be a true pattern among progressing clinicians. Is it character? Is it personality? Or is it just is? In this episode I talk about my observations among Band 6s characteristics as they take on and they adopt their 'animal spirits'.
