ATWJE - Patrick Servey - Analyst as a Resource
Episode: 00162 Released on June 5, 2023
Description: A true hero to emergency services – Patrick Servey has been a dispatcher for both police and fire, a firefighter, and of course, a crime analyst. In this episode, Patrick discusses the transferable skills from each position he’s held, and how it makes him an effective analyst. His badge story involves helping to highlight a resource that led to the location of a rape suspect. Patrick also emphasizes the need for analysts to have a consortium of resources, and for them to be a resource themselves to others. Patrick is currently a crime analyst for the High Point Police Department.
