Bad Thrillers Ep. 2: The Maidens
We're continuing our mini-series on bad thrillers with The Maidens, where we get to learn why it's not actually your fault if you have childhood trauma and end up becoming a serial killer. We also get to meet creepy college professors, examine a serious case of men writing women, and learn how to disguise your pointless, boring mystery/thriller as a fast-paced dark academia triumph! Oh, and stay tuned to learn why stalking your love interests might actually be a good idea!!Apologies for any audio issues--I had a cold and the acoustics could probably use further tweaking. My first ever Youtube video is also out! Check out my in-depth review of a 2007 children's movie starring Emma Watson here.Got any suggestions for more bad thrillers? Head over to this Substack post and drop a comment!Questions or comments?
