Sylvester Stallone (badass status pending) and Wesley Snipes star in a movie that came out at the tail end of roided-up action flicks. San Angeles is a utopia/dystopia full of the ultimate cringe in laws, logic, and slang. And Stallone isn’t having it. The cops release Snipes to take down the swearing, violent Stallone.
