Balenciaga Add Controversy

On this SHITuation we will be going over the current controversy surrounding the 2023 Balenciaga add that was launched & then immediately taken down.  The add features two small kids holding bears that appear to be in BDSM attire & then to add fuel to the fire another image features a piece of paper from the Ashcroft vs The Free Speech Coalition Supreme Court Case.  Though whomever approved this add should definitely be fired & the campaign is ridiculous, there is a lot of misinformation circulating about the court case.  In the episode we will address the controversy, correct misinformation about the case, & go over statements released by Bealenciaga as well as the photographer.
