Bekah Pounds, CHBC's newest missions partner, serves with Cru on the campus of UNC. Her role is to come alongside UNC students, no matter where they are on their faith journey, to help them encounter the God of the Bible and respond with their entire lives. Every year as we step into a new school year, she is reminded of how much God loves each and every one of the students with whom she has the opportunity to encounter, whether they know Him or not. Please pray for her and her outreach with students at UNC; pray that they can combat the lies of our culture that tell us our worth, value, and identity lie in the things of this world, and can be reminded that Christ offers us abundant life and gives us our true identity.
