Brining Optimism to Owning a Practice In Vet Med with Dr. Seth Jones
Last month I made the leap to turn back towards the "in clinic" experience and commit myself to doing what I can to make a massive impact for a profession I love so much. I plan to do that by utilizing one of my most powerful tools, my optimism. One of the ways I am making progress as a servant leader to vet med is by doing short interviews with everyday heroes. The ones doing the work. Please take a few minutes to hear from a leading veterinarian in Central/South Texas on his advice for starting your own practice.Seth Jones is a powerhouse who has been in practice for 21 years. He has built startups, ran a 16 doctor group over the span of 3 locations and served as a speaker/expert on vet med leadership for leading animal care companies. He is also a personal friend who I greatly admire.Join us as we cover important topics like, finding a way to say yes, being the plow mule (not afraid to lead by example) and being light on your feet.I would love to hear your thoughts on our conversation in the comments below! Thanks Seth, you are a good dude.
