Can't Fix Something We Don't Want

What's up sports fans? It's Pro Bowl week (as we wait for the Super Bowl). We don't care much about football players golfing or wakeboarding—so we also talked All Pro rankings. If the Pro Bowl is a popularity contest, the All Pro is earned through blood, sweat, and tears. This year's Pro Bowl Games didn't offer nearly the intensity of past games, although the social media highlights are kind of fun. Shoutout to Dan Orlovsky (09:40) for killing the Precision Passing challenge (after the top vote-getters opted out). We agree, if a guy makes the All Pro list and misses the Pro Bowl, he's a textbook snub. We talk a little about the NFL Players Association and their "All Pro" list, including what it takes to get on the best all-around roster. We go over some obvious choices and some surprising misses (25:55), but really—we just needed to talk about something. The Pro Bowl does not matter. Alex accidentally dunks on the Dallas Cowboys (29:29), and Devon's bias peeks through. Plus, who do we petition to start a Waterboy Hall of Fame? We try to fix the Pro Bowl, but it feels impossible to fix something nobody actually wants (36:50).
