Change is an Inside Job
I would like to bring a little more clarity to the idea of making change in our lives. When I initially thought about what I wanted to do with this podcast, I wanted the change that I spoke about to encompass both changes such as changing careers, changing the way that you live your life (maybe working part time or in a full-time remote context, things like minimalism, tiny houses, and vanlife), and changing the way that you see the world. But what I don’t want to do is suggest that the solution to the problem is in changing your external world.
In reality, the change that I want to help you create is within you first and foremost.
