The mere mention of my work can often lead to some interesting conversations... Many of which often come back to career testing and I often discover that people can often remember their career suggestions many years later... <br/><br/>Much of my experience of career testing has been in schools with the Morrisby Profile. Career testing when used and implemented well can be most insightful and helpful.
