ConfidentlyMe! with CJ Jackson

CJ Jackson is a wife, mother, mentor, author, thought-leader, status quo challenger, business owner and life-changing coach who is passionate about helping women and youth girls become the Chief Executive Designer & Executors in their own lives! She accomplishes this through two platforms she founded: ConfidentlyMe! Coaching LLC and the Phenomenal Woman Academy. The Phenomenal Woman Academy, in partnership with ConfidentlyMe! Coaching LLC, hosts the annual Phenomenal Woman Conference, honoring women in the greater Omaha area who have achieved personal excellence, who have had a significant impact on those around them or a direct impact on the community. The conference is geared towards honoring the everyday phenomenal woman, provide a safe & supportive platform for women to share their awesome journeys of triumph through adversity and challenges, provide valuable resources and strategies on personal and leadership development, and to showcase women-owned businesses in the community. CJ holds a bachelor's degree in communications, a master's degree in project management and several technical, leadership and coaching certifications. She is also currently pursuing her Doctoral Strategic Leadership degree from Oral Roberts University. CJ has spent 17+ years working in technology, managing multi-million-dollar technology initiatives, programs and merger acquisitions. She is a strong advocate for the advancement of women and minorities in technology and partners with a variety of organizations that focus on bridging the technology gap for women and minorities. Currently, CJ leads a Quality Assurance Team for Omaha Public Power District (OPPD), a team she helped develop a little over three years ago that focuses on supporting software and system testing across Technology and Security.
