Contending For Joy (Joy Is A Decision)

Joy is something that must be protected, embraced, enjoyed and yes fought for. But we would be surprised how often it comes down to a decision. The world has done a great job impacting the way we think. This sometimes leads us to make decisions about ourselves others and God that diminishes our joy. A great way to contend for our joy is to change the way we think about ourselves about others and certainly about God. When we focus our thoughts and thinking to those thoughts that Christ has about us and others, we will find our joy increasing. We just have to decide to do so.
