Derek Carr was the right choice to lead the New Orleans Saints in 2023

The New Orleans Saints made the right move signing Derek Carr to be their new starting quarterback over Jameis Winston and other options. The veteran QB is of similar ilk to the player they built the offense around, he's only missed two career games due to injury and the shortcomings in his game are easily managed by Alvin Kamara, Taysom Hill and the new addition of Jamaal Williams.
