Derik Hart

Derik Hart, a former Naval Corpsmen and Head Brewer at Strap Tank Brewing Company joins us on this episode. He tells us about joining the Navy fresh out of high school, serving his country for 9 years, then reentering civilian life and working as a bottle packager for Uinta Brewing. Derik gained many certifications and years of knowledge in the beer industry eventually leading to his position crafting local beers for Strap Tank Brewing right here in Utah.
