Dion Houchins, CEO, Houchen's Industries

This week Jim sits down with Dion Houchins, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Houchens Industries. They will discuss the economic impact Houchens Industries has on South Central Kentucky. Houchens is one of the largest 100% employee held companies in the world. Dion joined Houchens Industries in 2009, serving as Executive Vice President for 11 years before being named CEO and Chairman of the Board in April 2020. Dion has an extensive career in accounting and finance and is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and he and his family are lifelong residents of South-Central Kentucky.
