Perry is Adjunct Professor at Hult International Business School and Ashridge Management School; a visiting fellow at Cranfield School of Management, and Sheffield Hallam University. He is a Top 100 Global HR Influencer on numerous lists, a LinkedIn Learning instructor, a member of the European Organisation Design Forum, the Institute for Organisational Dynamics and The OD Academy and a Fellow of the RSA.
