Don't Cross My Boundaries
Calling all people-pleasers! Do you know that you have trouble speaking up for yourself? Do you say yes when you want to say no, and do you say no when you really want to say yes? It sounds like you're having trouble establishing boundaries! Do not fret, because you are definitely NOT alone! I am a fellow people-pleaser myself and I can say ever since I've learned to speak up for myself, I've re-claimed a huge part of myself. It's still a work in progress, but ever since I've learned to cater to MY NEEDS and put myself first, I don't beat myself up as much as I used to for not being able to confidently express my wants and needs. So, if I have learned to do it, so can you!

Learn what your boundaries are, respect yourself and learn to not let people cross your boundaries!
