Really look. Take your time. After you have noticed everything, say to yourself, “I am beautiful!” How did it feel? Was it hard? Was it easy? Why?Prayer for the Journey: God, forgive us when we reject your beauty, which is found in all of us. Help us to move past society’s definitions and to see what you see in all of your creation.
