Emma Britton's journey from radio to celebrant
It was really just by chance that my guest Emma Britton found herself with a long career in local radio. But her next career move was more considered...she uses her experience of talking to people to underpin her new role as a celebrant, which is someone who officiates at non-religious ceremonies such as weddings and funerals.
Listen as we chat about how cake has kept Emma going through years of early mornings and tricky interviews, why she decided to move on from radio and the joy she now gets from helping people make their special moments memorable.

Find out more about Emma here:
https://emmabritton.co.uk/celebrant
Facebook: @emmathecelebrant
Instagram: @celebrant_emmaIf you enjoyed the show and you're feeling generous, you can buy me a coffee!
Click here to find out how: Support The Slice, buy Lynne a coffee

Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, InTune, Deezer and many other podcast players.
Follow The Slice: Somerset on
Instagram @theslicesomerset
Facebook @theslicesomerset
