On Tuesday's Morning Focus, Pat Flynn was joined by Gabriel Kehinde, Ennis track athlete. Gabriel was part of the Irish 4x100m relay team that finished 5th at the European u23 Championships. The 21-year-old beat the National record twice within a few hours and finished third in the 100-meter sprint at the National Track and Field Championship. Gabriel explained how he got into the sport and highlighted the commitment and hard work that he has dedicated to running. He also discussed a small bit about his training schedule.
