Canadian operators have been waiting for months to see the outcome of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario's new advertising regulations, and now they have their answer. In a similar move to the one taken by the UK, but perhaps going even further, AGCO have ruled for no more athletes, celebrities or influencers that would likely appeal to minors. What does that mean for operators in Ontario? And whose endorsement contracts may be done?
