“Other-selves” is a linguistic reminder that we are all One. It is easy to forget this when we are in such a convincing illusion of separation. It would seem that this convincing “other-self” at the same time is both the source of our biggest headaches but also the largest catalyst for our growth. I understand it is difficult dealing with other people and it seems desirable to live out the rest of your life meditating in a cave but ultimately we are here to interact and grow together. I seek to be a good and honest mirror to my fellow other-selves. This may sound easy when in the midst of another spiritual seeker but can we still be good to others when the mirror is possibly distorted and dusty? That is the work of a lifetime. The quickest way to learn is to deal with other-selves. This is a much greater catalyst than dealing with the self. Dealing with the self without other-selves is akin to living without what you would call mirrors. Thus, the self cannot see the fruits of its beingness. Thus, each may aid each by reflection. The fourth density is one of revealed information. Selves are not hidden to self or other-selves.
