EP 40 - THE BEAMS!
"I'M GOING TO DIE!" *BOOM!* After the releases of the widely-acclaimed Spider-Man 2 and the at-the-time-underrated Ultimate Spider-Man, hopes were high for 2007 and whatever Activision and Treyarch would cook up for the release of the third Raimi film. While one of the fruits born from this was a completely unexpected project from Next Level Games in the form of Spider-Man: Friend or Foe, Treyarch had all eyes on them beforehand as they were proudly bringing Spider-Man 3 to the seventh generation of consoles. What we got in the end were two very different, yet equally infamous versions of this movie tie-in, spawning endless memes, mockery, etc. So, how do these games hold up upon looking back? Tune in as Alec and Brian take a look at Spider-Man: Friend or Foe AND Spider-Man 3: The Movie Game to find out!
