After 2020, so many people had to transition from working in an office to working at home. We’ve been self-employed for a while now so we’ve mastered the art of working from home, but there’s a real learning curve. Without the normal constrictions of an office, there’s no clear time to clock-off. Mixed with the fact that there is always more to be done, you might fall in to the trap of working 24/7.
