Ep 48: I Completed My First Solo Hyrox

Manchester Men's Open Hyrox... Completed! Even though it's all still pretty new to me and I've simply jumped on the ever growing band wagon, I wanted to share with you my experience of the event, how I got on and how it compared to the doubles that we did a few months beforehand. If you're thinking about completing a Hyrox, especially as it's trajectory continues to soar, and want an insight into my experience then here you have it.Either way I can't wait for my third!
