EP 7 - Look for the Gifts

Have you ever heard the expression "it is what it is".  That's really true.  Circumstances are what they are - they aren't inherently good or bad - they just are.  They are, in effect, neutral.  We are the ones who label and categorize them with our thoughts, opinions, and judgments. <br/><br/>We don't always realize that our thoughts and opinions are optional but they are!  We can choose how we want to think, and therefore feel, about any given situation or circumstance in our life.  <br/><br/>When you develop the habit of looking for the gifts in every situation then you will change your mind and when you change your mind you will change your life!  <br/><br/><br/>
