Episode 83: From the Archives – Terry Funk
“Back then, wrestling was wrestling. And nobody proclaimed it bullshit. It was real.” In honor of the passing of the great Terry Funk, we go back into the Brian R. Solomon archives this week for an interview Brian did with the Hardcore Icon while working on his biography of The Sheik in 2019. Terry shares his opinions and memories on the Arabian Madman, as well as Hulk Hogan, WWE, hardcore wrestling, his family, and more. Plus, Brian shares his own thoughts on Funk’s legacy, as well as his own memories of interacting over the years with wrestling’s true desperado. Shut Up and Wrestle is a production of the Arcadian Vanguard Podcast Network. The post Episode 83: From the Archives – Terry Funk appeared first on Shut Up And Wrestle with Brian Solomon.
