We rely on water for a number of different things — and whenever a population needs one specific thing in order to maintain normalcy and sustain life itself, it’s easy for things to get complicated. Sometimes, that’s where regulations come in. KVMR’s Paul Emery talks with hydrogeologist Steve Baker about the different ways that California’s water-related regulations and bills are passed and implemented.As a result of relatively new abortion regulations across the country, Southern California’s Planned Parenthoods have witnessed a dramatic increase in out-of-state patients seeking reproductive care. The California Report highlights the thousands of Planned Parenthood workers who recently voted to unionize due to that increase. Our newscast closes with a commentary by Marc Cuniberti.
