Former Rockpool Group executive Roman Haslinger moved to Tropical North Queensland as Head of Hospitality with Hemingway’s Brewery just weeks before COVID struck. Now with the pandemic a distant memory the group is expanding and looking to collaborate with other kraft drinks businesses in the region which now sees the return of visitors from USA and Europe.
