A former Police officer has been arrested on suspicion of fabricating a note which supported an allegation against former Commissioner Ian McGrail.The suspected fabricated entry into a police pocket notebook also supported an allegation against another police officer. The Spanish Minister for the Interior says if there was a change of government in the upcoming Spanish elections, dialogue between Spain and Gibraltar could be lost.Speaking to Diario Area, Fernando Grande-Marlaska said his government had been working towards a zone of shared prosperity for Gibraltar and the Campo.
