Fitness Trackers: Do We Really Need Them?
Do fitness trackers help or hinder?
Last year, the global fitness tracker market was valued at around $39.5 billion and is forecasted to reach $187.2 billion in 2032. As you can see, it's big business!

We break down the pros and cons of trackers, give you a balanced view, and as always, offer tips to reset your tracker relationship so that YOU are back in control - rather than the other way around.
