Flowcast EP 4 : What the F### is Yoga?
Welcome to the Flow!

In todays conversation we will be going deep into what the fudge YOGA is!

There is a lot of interpretations and ideas around what Yoga is, what it means to you and what it means to the world right now, but I would like to dig through the nitty gritty and get to the real meaning behind yoga and what it is we are trying to do from the perspective of a Yoga practice.

I've spent over 7 Years in the Yoga Teacher Training space and taught multiple sessions on WHAT YOGA IS, from a philosophical perspective. But right now, I would like to zoom past all the fluff and touch on the pragmatisms of Yoga and how we can bring a collective almost logical understanding of this ancient art. (And spoiler alert, its not exactly going upside down, doing the splits or touching your toes, even though depending on what doing these things bring to your life, it may be ;)

So let's FLOW in and if you are new to Yoga or think you know what it means, this is a great discussion about the core of Yoga, where it comes from, where it is at and where I think its going!

As always if you have any opinion, comments or would just like to share please do!

Much love

C
