Founder and CEO of RedBottom Roofing, Silberia is one of 6 children who came from humble beginnings and faced great adversity in her life to become a leader in the roofing industry and succeed in the world of entrepreneurship.Born and raised in Texas, at the age of 16, Silberia became a teenage mom. On her own and facing great obstacles and stereotypes as a teenage mother, Silberia felt ashamed, scared, and wondering what to do next.Knowing she wanted a good life for herself and her new baby, Silberia found a job in the banking industry and with a promising career.For the next 10 years, Silberia would work her way up in the finance industry and finally build a stable life for her and her daughter when the crash of 2008 happened, and she would find herself jobless again in 2009.She would move on to finding love a few years later, get married, and have two more children.
